Refund & Returns Policy

Returning an Item
To initiate a return, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting a Refund/Return Request Form. Once your request is approved, you must return the item within 14 days from the approval date.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom-made or cut-to-size products (such as polycarbonate sheets, PVC sheets, or pipework) are non-returnable unless defective.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Customers must ensure the safe return of goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged item, report the issue within three days by emailing customerservices@bpoltd.co.uk with photographs. You have the option to:

Refuse delivery, allowing the goods to be returned to us for a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Processing

If returned in an unused and resalable condition, a full refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Items returned outside the 14-day period or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

A 25% handling/processing fee applies to unwanted returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges

Items in new condition may be exchanged for an alternative product.

Customers must cover return shipping costs, but no restocking fee will apply.
Faulty Goods & Manufacturer Warranties

If a product develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, a replacement will be provided by the manufacturer.

Issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
Order Cancellations

Stock items can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
