Delivery Rates: For Standard GB Mainland Delivery:
  • Orders under £50: £5 delivery fee applies.
  • All orders of £50 and above have Free standard delivery at checkout.
  • Delivery timescales are for working days only; no deliveries on weekends or bank holidays. Please refrain from planning any installations until goods arrive.
Exclusions: Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to the mainland UK. Deliveries are unavailable to IM, PO31-PO41, JE, GY, and HA1-H9 postcode areas. If you would like more details, you can contact our customer service team at Delivery Process: When you arrive for goods, you or the assigned delegate must look over and sign for them. Once signed for, care responsibility transfers to you. Please thoroughly check all items upon delivery and note any damages on the consignment note. Signing the delivery company’s consignment note confirms receipt of goods in good condition. Installation Planning: We recommend that you receive the goods before scheduling installation. This allows you to inspect the goods for damaged or missing items, providing ample time to address any issues or order additional items if necessary. Returns: If an order is cancelled or returned after goods are dispatched, only the Standard Delivery Service cost will be refunded, regardless of the chosen delivery option. If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, contact customer services within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. We aim to replace items within three working days of notification. Delivery Arrangements: If you are still waiting to receive the goods on the specified delivery date, contact our Customer Service team at or 0333 121 4802 as soon as possible. In some instances, we may be able to reschedule delivery at minimal or no extra cost.
