1.3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of enq@stcplastics.com and all transactions conducted on the site. Please review them carefully, as they do not affect your statutory rights.
1.4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on enq@stcplastics.com.
1.5. In these Terms and Conditions:
“BCO” refers to Building Composites Ltd. and any affiliated organisations supplying ordered goods;
“We and Us” denotes Building Composites Ltd., either individually or collectively with you;
“Working day” constitutes every day except weekends and English statutory and public holidays;
“You” indicates the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
Prices
2.1. All prices listed on stcplastics.com include applicable VAT but exclude delivery charges.
2.2. Prices for goods on first4roofline.co.uk may occasionally differ from those at our Trade Outlets or other affiliated websites. We are not obligated to honour any outlet or web prices that deviate from those on stcplastics.com. Similarly, our Trade Outlets are not obliged to honour stcplastics.com prices if they differ.
2.3. While we strive for accurate pricing information on stcplastics.com errors may occur, resulting in mispriced goods. In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the order at the right price or cancel it.
2.4. Prices reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
2.5. We retain the right to adjust prices, offers, goods, and specifications on stcplastics.com at our discretion before accepting your order.
Your Order
3.1. You may review and correct any input errors in your order until you submit it by clicking the “confirm order” button on the check-out page.
3.2. All orders placed on stcplastics.com are subject to acceptance by us. We’re sorry, but we won’t accept your order for any reason, with no liability to you or any other party.
3.3. Upon submission of your order, just to let you know of your acknowledgment, we will send you an order acknowledgement email containing your order number and details. This email serves as acknowledgment, not acceptance, of your order.
3.4. While we strive to maintain sufficient stock, we will contact you to discuss options if we cannot supply the ordered goods due to insufficient stock. These may include waiting for stock availability, cancelling the order per our returns policy, or offering a substitute product.
3.5. Unless we reject your order or you cancel it per our returns policy, we accept your order seven days after the order date or upon goods delivery, whichever occurs first.
Payment
4.1. Your order’s total cost includes the price of the goods and delivery charges, as outlined in our delivery policy.
4.2. Payment can be made via major credit or debit cards as specified in the payment methods section.
4.3. By using the credit/debit card provided, you confirm ownership. All cardholders undergo validation checks and issuer authorisation. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from the issuer’s refusal to authorise payment.
4.4. We bear no responsibility for your card issuer or bank charging fees due to our processing of your credit/debit card payment according to your not-responsible order. Don’t take responsibility for your card issuer or bank charging fees because of.
Delivery & Title
Please refer to our Delivery Policy.
5.1. Unless specified otherwise, we will deliver goods per your order within the stated time frame, generally within 30 days of order acceptance. Refer to our delivery options before placing your order.
5.2. Delivery requires a valid signature. If you are still waiting to receive all goods within the stated time, notify us immediately and refrain from scheduling or commencing any installation until receipt and thorough inspection.
5.3. For health and safety reasons and to prevent property damage, large items are typically delivered to a ground floor exteLarge items are usually delivered to an exterior ground-floor location for health and safety reasons and to prevent property damage or location. Returns

7.4. We strive to meet delivery dates but may not be able to due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.7. Statutory rights for consumers remain unaffected.
7.8. English law governs these Terms, with disputes resolved in English Courts.
