first4roofline.co.uk assures that white PVC-U profiles supplied under the Homeline Building Products brand will maintain their decorative appearance (with no change greater than a Delta E of 8) and mechanical functionality for 15 years under natural weathering conditions from the date of installation. This Guarantee is subject to proper installation and maintenance as outlined in the British Board of Agreement Certificates and Homeline’s Specification Guide for Roofline. Additionally, these profiles are guaranteed not to experience pinking discolouration.
Foiled Fascias, Soffits, Cladding, and Window Trims
10-year Guarantee
first4roofline.co.uk guarantees that all foiled PVC-U profiles supplied by Homeline Building Products will retain their decorative appearance for 10 years under natural weathering conditions from the date of installation. Proper installation and maintenance as per the procedures detailed in the British Board of Agreement Certificates and Homeline’s Specification Guide for Roofline are required.
Gutters, Downpipes & Gutter Adaptors
10-year Guarantee
first4roofline.co.uk guarantees Floplast Gutters, Downpipes & Adaptors for 10 years under natural weathering conditions from the date of installation, provided they are installed and maintained according to Homeline’s Specification Guide for Roofline.
Terms of Guarantee
This Guarantee covers defects appearing within 15 years (for white) or 10 years (for foiled) from the date of manufacture, provided written notification of such defects is received by first4roofline.co.uk within 28 days of their appearance. The sole remedy under this Guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the Profiles, at first4roofline.co.uk discretion.
first4roofline.co.uk makes no other representations or guarantees and shall not be liable for any other loss or consequential damage, whether direct or indirect, including installation costs. Claims under this Guarantee must be supported by proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval by first4roofline.co.uk.
This Guarantee is governed by English law and the jurisdiction of English courts. It does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
Note: Brown and Caramel gutter colours are guaranteed for 2 British summers only.
