Thank you for choosing Building Composites Ltd T/A STC Plastics. We aim to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
2. Proof of Purchase
To be eligible for a return, you must retain your receipt or any other proof of purchase. We cannot process returns without this evidence.
3. Products Delivered by Us
3.1 Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before delivery or within 14 days following the day of delivery. To initiate a cancellation, you must:

Please include your order details and reason for cancellation.
3.2 Conditions for Return
The following conditions must be met for a product to be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Custom orders cut, made to measure, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund, except where statutory rights are unaffected.
3.3 Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, you will be reimbursed the total price paid, including standard delivery charges. However:
- Any collection charges or charges associated with delivery upgrades will be deducted.
- If you return part of an order, the delivery charge for the remaining items will be recalculated and deducted from the refund.
3.4 Responsibility for Return
If goods have been delivered before cancellation, you are responsible for returning them at your own expense. While we are not obligated to arrange for the return of goods, we will inform you of the costs involved if we agree to do so. Payment for these costs will be required before arranging the return.
3.5 Return Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to require proof of purchase and identity.
3.6 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card used in the original transaction. Refunds cannot be made to a different card.
4. Faulty Products
If the product you receive is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate by your legal consumer rights. Please get in touch with our customer service team to arrange for a solution.
